Ingredients
  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 4 piece Sweet peppers
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut the cauliflower into florets.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, sweet peppers, cumin, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss until well coated.
  3. Thread the cauliflower florets and sweet peppers onto skewers.
  4. Place the skewers on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and lightly browned.
  5. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
