  3. In a small bowl, combine minced garlic cloves, chopped fresh tarragon, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Place the asparagus on a baking sheet and drizzle with the garlicky-tarragon dressing.
  5. Toss to evenly coat the asparagus.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the asparagus is tender and slightly charred.
