Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 medium-sized Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 stalk Green onion
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
Instructions
  1. Peel and wash the potatoes. Cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add the potatoes to the pan and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until they start to turn golden brown.
  4. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Pour the mixture over the potatoes and stir well.
  5. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pan, and let the potatoes simmer for about 10 minutes or until they are tender.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro before serving.
  7. Rest for 5 minutes and serve hot.
