Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Place the red bell peppers on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the skins are blackened and blistered.

Remove the peppers from the oven and transfer them to a bowl. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the peppers steam for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, peel off the skins of the peppers and remove the seeds.

In a blender or food processor, combine the roasted peppers, walnuts, garlic cloves, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, cumin, paprika, and cayenne pepper.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of paprika.

Serve with pita bread, crackers, or vegetable sticks.
