  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Place the red bell peppers on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the skins are blackened and blistered.
  2. Remove the peppers from the oven and transfer them to a bowl. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the peppers steam for 10 minutes.
  3. After 10 minutes, peel off the skins of the peppers and remove the seeds.
  4. In a blender or food processor, combine the roasted peppers, walnuts, garlic cloves, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, cumin, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
  5. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  6. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of paprika.
  7. Serve with pita bread, crackers, or vegetable sticks.
