  2. In a food processor, combine the red peppers, basil leaves, pine nuts, garlic cloves, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Process until smooth.
  3. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
