  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  3. Place the red bell peppers on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for about 20 minutes, or until the skin is charred. Remove from the oven and let cool.
  4. Once cooled, peel off the skin of the bell peppers and remove the seeds. Slice them into thin strips.
  5. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chili flakes. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.
  6. Add the sliced bell peppers to the pan and sauté for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper.
  8. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss to combine.
