  2. In a food processor, add the cooked lentils, onion, garlic, carrot, red bell pepper, parsley, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Pulse until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the breadcrumbs. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Form the mixture into patties and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Toast the hamburger buns.
  7. Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf, tomato slice, red onion slice, and a lentil patty on each bun.
