  • 1 can Chickpeas
  • 2 teaspoon Red Curry Paste
  • 2 tablespoon Tahini
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Water
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • To taste cilantro Garnish (Optional)
  • To taste chopped Red Bell Pepper Garnish (Optional)
  • To taste cayenne Pepper Garnish (Optional)
Instructions
  1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
  2. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, red curry paste, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, salt, olive oil, water, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. If desired, garnish with cilantro, chopped red bell pepper, and a sprinkle of cayenne pepper.
  5. Serve with pita bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
