Ingredients
  • 500 gram Red Cabbage
  • 2 teaspoon Coconut Oil
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
Instructions
  1. Heat coconut oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add the red cabbage and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, chili powder, and salt.
  4. Add the spice mixture to the pan and stir well to coat the cabbage.
  5. Pour in the coconut milk and simmer for 5 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender.
  6. Stir in lime juice and cilantro.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
