Ingredients
  • 200 gram Semolina
  • 6 teaspoon Ghee
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 50 gram Cashews
  • 50 gram Raisins
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cardamom Powder
  • 2 tablespoon Milk
Instructions
  1. Heat ghee in a pan and roast the cashews and raisins until golden. Set aside.
  2. In the same pan, roast the semolina until fragrant and golden.
  3. Transfer the roasted semolina to a bowl and let it cool.
  4. Add sugar, cardamom powder, roasted cashews, raisins, and milk to the bowl.
  5. Mix well and shape the mixture into small round ladoos.
  6. Let the ladoos rest for 30 minutes.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
