Ingredients
  • 3 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Ramp leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Sea salt flakes
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Add olive oil and water to the bowl. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rest for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  6. Punch down the dough and transfer it to a greased baking sheet.
  7. Press ramp leaves into the dough.
  8. Sprinkle sea salt flakes on top.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Let it cool before serving.
