Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the onion, bell peppers, carrots, and zucchini. Sauté for 5 minutes until vegetables are slightly softened.

Add the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to coat the vegetables with the spices.

Add the canned diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, and corn kernels. Stir to combine.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.

Remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
