Ingredients
  • 1 cup Quinoa
  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1 cup Dried Cranberries
  • 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine quinoa, oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  6. Once cooled, transfer to an airtight container and store at room temperature.
  7. Serve with yogurt, milk, or as a topping for smoothie bowls or desserts.
