Gradually add the non-dairy milk to the bowl and mix until a soft dough forms. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead it a few times to bring it together. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1/2 inch. Use a round biscuit cutter or a glass to cut out circles from the dough. Place the circles onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the rolls are lightly golden. Remove from the oven and serve warm.
