Ingredients
  • 3 cup Cooked rice
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 minced Garlic cloves
  • 1 small Carrot
  • 1 cup Frozen peas
  • 3 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 beaten Eggs
  • 2 sliced Green onions
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, and cook until onion becomes translucent.
  3. Add carrot and peas, and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and pour beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked.
  5. Add cooked rice to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  8. Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions.
  9. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
