Pumpkin Poppers
Pumpkin poppers are a popular treat during Halloween and Thanksgiving, and are often enjoyed with a cup of hot apple cider.
This is vegan and gluten free recipe. Dish can be prepared in 30 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 12.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, egg, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Grease a mini muffin tin with butter.

Spoon the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.

In a small bowl, melt the butter. Dip each pumpkin popper into the melted butter, then roll in powdered sugar.
