Ingredients
  • 1 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Milk
  • as needed few drops Food coloring (orange and green)
  • 12 pieces Candy eyes
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, flour, brown sugar, vegetable oil, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and vanilla extract. Mix well until the batter is smooth.
  3. Scoop spoonfuls of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping them into small pumpkin-like bundles.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the bundles are golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Allow the bundles to cool for 10 minutes.
  6. In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar and milk to make a glaze.
  7. Divide the glaze into two portions. Add orange food coloring to one portion and green food coloring to the other.
  8. Drizzle the orange glaze over the pumpkin bundles to resemble pumpkin lines.
  9. Place two candy eyes on each bundle using a small amount of glaze as glue.
  10. Drizzle the green glaze on top of the pumpkin bundles to resemble pumpkin stems.
  11. Let the glaze set before serving.
