Protein bars were originally created for athletes and bodybuilders to provide a convenient source of protein and energy during workouts.

  2. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Line a square baking dish with parchment paper.
  4. Transfer the mixture into the baking dish and press it down firmly to create an even layer.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the bars to set.
  6. Once set, remove from the baking dish and cut into individual bars.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
