Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, almond butter, honey, chia seeds, ground flaxseed, dark chocolate chips, dried cranberries, chopped almonds, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.

Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to portion the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Flatten each cookie slightly with the back of a spoon.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
