  2. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, almond butter, honey, chia seeds, ground flaxseed, dark chocolate chips, dried cranberries, chopped almonds, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
  3. Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to portion the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  4. Flatten each cookie slightly with the back of a spoon.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
