Ingredients
  • 500 gram Carrots
  • 1 cup Raisins
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped parsley
Instructions
  1. Grate the carrots and place them in a large bowl.
  2. Add the raisins to the bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the carrots and raisins, and toss until well coated.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Before serving, sprinkle chopped parsley on top for garnish.
