  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 4 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
