Ingredients
  • 2 piece Bananas
  • 2 medium Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Peanut Butter
  • 2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
Instructions
  1. Peel and slice the bananas.
  2. Peel and grate the potatoes.
  3. In a bowl, mix the grated potatoes with sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Dip the banana slices in peanut butter and then coat them in the potato mixture.
  6. Fry the coated banana slices in the hot oil until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Remove from the pan and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
