Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 cup Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into thin slices.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the potato slices to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the oil mixture.
  5. Tear off four sheets of aluminum foil, each about 12 inches (30 cm) long.
  6. Divide the potato slices evenly among the foil sheets, placing them in the center.
  7. Fold the foil over the potatoes and crimp the edges to seal the packets.
  8. Place the foil packets on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
  9. Remove the foil packets from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  10. Carefully open the foil packets, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
