Ingredients
  • 16 ounce Portobello mushrooms
  • 4 piece Green chilies
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Clean the Portobello mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. Place the mushrooms and green chilies on a baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the mushrooms and chilies.
  5. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and black pepper over them.
  6. Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender.
  7. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Drizzle lime juice over the mushrooms and chilies.
  9. Garnish with cilantro.
