  • 16 ounce Snap Peas
  • 1 cup Basil Leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Pine Nuts
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add the snap peas and cook for 2 minutes, then drain and rinse with cold water.
  3. In a food processor, combine the basil leaves, pine nuts, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and Parmesan cheese. Blend until smooth.
  4. Toss the cooked snap peas with the pesto sauce.
  5. Serve as an appetizer or side dish.
