Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a blender, combine the ripe mango, red chili pepper, garlic cloves, lime juice, olive oil, and salt. Blend until smooth.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the mango chile sauce. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until heated through.

Serve the penne with mango chile sauce garnished with fresh cilantro.
