This is vegan and gluten free recipe. Dish can be prepared in 45 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 8.

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Peel and core the pears, then slice them into thin pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix the sliced pears, sugar, and cinnamon.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, oats, and vanilla extract.
  5. Grease a baking dish with butter.
  6. Layer the pear mixture in the baking dish, then sprinkle the flour mixture on top.
  7. Dot the top with butter.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
