Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

In a blender, combine the ripe bananas, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and unsweetened almond milk. Blend until smooth.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.

Pour the blended wet ingredients into the mixing bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.

Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and sprinkle chopped peanuts on top.

Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer the bread to a wire rack to cool completely.

Once cooled, slice and serve. Enjoy!
