In a saucepan, bring almond milk to a boil.

Stir in oats and reduce heat to low. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, peel and dice the peaches.

Add diced peaches, maple syrup, cinnamon, and chia seeds to the oatmeal. Stir well.

Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the peaches are tender.
