Ingredients
  • 200 gram Noodles
  • 2 teaspoon Vegetable oil
  • 4 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 medium Carrot
  • 1 cup Cabbage
  • 1 medium Bell pepper
  • 4 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 4 stalk Green onions
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add carrots, cabbage, and bell pepper to the pan. Stir-fry for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and pour the sauce over them. Stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
