Ingredients
  • 500 gram Eggplants
  • 4 clove Garlic
  • 1 cup Thai Basil Leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 piece Chili Peppers
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
Instructions
  1. Cut the eggplants into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and chili peppers, stir fry for 1 minute.
  4. Add eggplants, salt, and sugar, stir fry for 5 minutes or until the eggplants are cooked through.
  5. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce, stir fry for another 2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and mix in Thai basil leaves.
  7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
