Pack It and Go Energy Bars
Energy bars were originally created for athletes as a convenient source of nutrition during training and competitions.
This is vegan and gluten free recipe. Dish can be prepared in 65 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 8.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, mix together the almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Add the rolled oats, chia seeds, dried cranberries, dark chocolate chips, and salt to the bowl. Mix until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Line a baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture firmly into the dish.

Bake for 20 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool in the dish for 30 minutes.

Once cooled, cut into bars and enjoy!
