Ingredients
  • 4 cup Green cabbage
  • 2 cup Red cabbage
  • 1 medium Carrot
  • 1 large Orange
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 0.5 cup Roasted peanuts
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Shred the green and red cabbage into thin strips. Grate the carrot.
  2. Peel the orange and separate it into segments. Chop the segments into small pieces.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cabbage, carrot, orange pieces, and grated ginger.
  4. In a separate small bowl, whisk together lime juice, honey, and salt until well combined.
  5. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss well to coat.
