Wash and finely chop the okra, potato, onion, green chili, and cilantro.

In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped vegetables with chickpea flour, rice flour, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt.

Mix well to form a thick batter.

Heat oil in a frying pan.

Take small portions of the batter and drop them into the hot oil.

Fry until golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the pan and drain excess oil on a kitchen towel.
