Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine oats, almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together maple syrup, applesauce, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well.

Fold in the raisins.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the baking sheet, spacing them apart.

Flatten the dough with the back of a spoon.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown.
