Ingredients
  • 2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Pecans
  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • 1 cup Pumpkin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 0.5 cup Dried cranberries
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, almonds, pecans, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, and cinnamon.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat maple syrup and coconut oil over low heat until melted.
  4. Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  8. Once cooled, stir in dried cranberries.
  9. Store in an airtight container.
