  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the garlic, ginger, and green onions. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the vegetables and tofu to the pan. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss to combine.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir-fry for an additional 3 minutes.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
