In a food processor, blend chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, baking powder, and salt until smooth.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Assemble the burgers by placing a falafel patty on each bun, then add lettuce leaves, tomato slices, cucumber slices, and a drizzle of tahini sauce.
