In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, onion, garlic cloves, fresh parsley, ground cumin, ground coriander, baking powder, and salt.

Process until well combined but still slightly chunky.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the all-purpose flour until the mixture holds together.

Form the mixture into small balls or patties.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Fry the falafel until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Remove from the pan and let them rest on a paper towel-lined plate.
