  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup Almond butter
  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1/8 pinch Salt
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened shredded coconut
Instructions
  1. In a food processor, combine rolled oats, pitted dates, almond butter, cocoa powder, ground cinnamon, chili powder, and salt. Process until well combined and sticky.
  2. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll into balls.
  3. Roll the balls in unsweetened shredded coconut until coated.
  4. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
