Ingredients
  • 200 gram Chickpeas
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 1 small Red Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 10 leaves Fresh Basil
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 8 slice Baguette
Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill or toaster.
  2. In a bowl, combine chickpeas, diced tomatoes, finely chopped red onion, minced garlic, torn basil leaves, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix well and let it marinate for 5 minutes.
  4. Slice the baguette into 8 pieces and brush with olive oil.
  5. Grill or toast the baguette slices until golden brown.
  6. Top each slice with the chickpea mixture.
  7. Serve immediately.
