Ingredients
  • 4 tomato Ripe tomatoes
  • 2 cucumber Cucumbers
  • 1/2 onion Red onion
  • 1/2 cup olive Kalamata olives
  • 150 gram Feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash and chop the tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onion.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped vegetables with the Kalamata olives.
