Ingredients
  • 200 gram Broccoli
  • 150 gram Carrots
  • 150 gram Bell peppers
  • 100 gram Mushrooms
  • 200 gram Tofu
  • 2 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Cut the broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, and mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the vegetables and tofu.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and tofu, and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
