Wash and dry the kale leaves. Remove the tough stems and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the kale leaves to the skillet and sauté for 4-5 minutes until wilted and tender.
