Ingredients
  • 4 cup Soy milk
  • 1 block Tofu
  • 1 cup Mushrooms
  • 1 head Napa cabbage
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 1 cup Snow peas
  • 1 cup Enoki mushrooms
  • 4 stalks Green onions
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 1 thumb-sized piece Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon White pepper
Instructions
  1. In a large pot, bring the soy milk to a simmer.
  2. Add the tofu, mushrooms, napa cabbage, carrots, snow peas, enoki mushrooms, green onions, garlic cloves, and ginger to the pot.
  3. Season with soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and white pepper.
  4. Simmer for 30 minutes until all the ingredients are cooked through.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
