  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  4. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Add mushroom caps, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Sauté for 5 minutes until mushrooms release their moisture.
  6. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  7. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley.
  8. Stuff each mushroom cap with the breadcrumb mixture.
  9. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes until golden brown.
  11. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  12. Serve hot and enjoy!
