  4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add the potatoes and green beans to the pan and mix until they are coated with the spices.
  6. Cover the pan and cook on low heat for about 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes and beans are cooked through.
  7. Sprinkle garam masala and mix well. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
