  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the sweetened shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Mix well until the ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Place the coconut balls in the refrigerator and let them chill for at least 1 hour.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together in short intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  6. Dip each chilled coconut ball into the melted chocolate mixture, using a fork to fully coat it.
