Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon Sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Fresh cilantro
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Cut the potatoes into wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, sesame seeds, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, and salt.
  4. Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the spice mixture.
  5. Place the coated potato wedges on a baking sheet and spread them out in a single layer.
  6. Roast the potatoes in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove the potatoes from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
