  1. In a large bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. Gradually add warm water and olive oil to the flour mixture while stirring.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  4. Cover the dough with a clean cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  6. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and shape each portion into a round ball.
  7. Place the dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Brush the dough balls with water and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the bread is golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and let it cool before serving.
